As part of your stay, please be informed that renovation work will be taking place throughout the complex, which includes restoration of exterior woodwork such as Ohia wood posts, railings on the 2nd and 3rd floors, trellises, and A/C enclosures for each building. The project is set to commence in July 2024 and may extend until March 2025, depending on weather conditions. Each building will undergo work individually, lasting approximately 2-4 weeks. During these times, lanai furnishings and decor will be temporarily relocated, and contractors will utilize ladders to access upper-floor lanais. Your vacation rental is meticulously managed by ResorticaHawaii. Featuring a comfortable bedding arrangement, this unit offers:

The Hilton Waikoloa Pool Pass allows up to six guests (children under five are not counted) to enjoy the Hilton's pool facilities from 4 PM on your check-in day until 11 AM on your departure day. Upon arrival, you will find the pass and the necessary instructions within your vacation rental. Your stay includes free self-parking for one vehicle at the hotel, and ample access to pools, waterslides, and hot tubs. Enjoy complimentary pool towel service without any blackout dates or restrictions. Guests can also use the fitness center for $20 per day from 9 AM to 5 PM, locker rentals available for $10 at the Kona pool, while keeping in mind that additional guests cannot be added to the pass.

A few important details to note: you must be a registered guest with ResorticaHawaii.com to utilize the pass, which cannot be sold or transferred. A replacement fee of $250 applies if the pass is lost or damaged. Terms and fees are subject to change.
